  I have been working with KCM for a number of years now. Having worked with several different property management companies, I can truly say that the staff at KCM are top tier professionals. Not only that, but they sincerely care about the well being of their clients and properties. If there is a unique problem that comes up (and they do) , KCM will find the most practical way to fix it as I've seen more than once. • Review of "H&R Block" at Rancho Cordova

  I filled my taxes a week ago on Wednesday at the Capitol Center in Rancho Cordova, CA office. My tax guy failed to have me sign the refund advance paperwork, so 2 days later I called your 1800 number asking about my advance and they told me they had no record of it, and "elevated" my issue. I called my tax guy at the office on Saturday and he had me come in to redo the paperwork. Four days later (today) and no one from the bank that does the loan to H&R or H&R customer service seems to know anything about me, which worries me that my return is somehow flawed. I called the 1800 again and was told my case was closed and that someone had called me, which is false. I never received a call, email, or text. They created a new ticket and I just started asking for supervisors until someone gave me the Sacramento district manger's number. I finally got a call back to be told that I can forget about the advance, but that I could have a refund on the fees they charged (after a lengthy approval process involving at least two parties to sign off on, won't see it for weeks) and a coupon for next year. I am pretty sure I will do my own taxes next year, but the coupon is a nice gesture. The person who reached out to me was very sincere and did all she could having this put on her lap, but it never would have come to this if they had recognized the mistake early via good communication within the company. I am hopeful that I will get my tax return back in a reasonable amount of time, but worry that based on what has happened so far, H&R will somehow mess it up. Unless you like to gamble with how and when you get your money, I would do your own taxes and buy a lottery ticket instead.

  When my agent retired last year, I was worried about getting a new agent. I had my previous agent for so many years. I was able to meet Scott and his staff and immediately felt comfortable. They were great to deal with and I am glad to have an agent that is still close to me!
